For over 15 years we have been making custom covers for folks who could not find quality replacement covers and have accumulated a LONG list of satisfied customers and patterns. Our ironing board covers are proudly made in the USA, sewn locally in Berks County PA. Your cover is expertly crafted from either Therma-Flec, a silver metallic cotton with a heat reflective surface that speeds up your ironing; premium 100% cotton twill; or 100% cotton, fun, designer prints. A heavy duty nylon cord drawstring, fitted with a cord stop, ensures a snug, long lasting fit.

MODELS: This listing fits all of these Broan Nutone models that measure 12W x 42L inches with a rectangular heel: AVD50N-E, AVC-40, AVC-41, AVD-40, AVD40WN, BR-40, BR-45, BRAC1. Please message us if you have a different NuTone model that does not have a rectangular heel (wall end). Please DO NOT GUESS at your model. If unsure we can assist you in identifying it. The cover you order is made specifically for you, so we want to be certain you get the correct one.
PREMIUM PAD: We opted to keep the super dense 6mm needle-punched polyester pad separate from the cover. This makes it more economical, in the future, to replace your cover and keep the pad. You can clean the cover without the bulk of the pad (which can also be cleaned). And it is mildew, moisture and scorch resistant. Needle-punched felt is very different from flat felt. The felt fibers are vertical and interlocking so your the pad is more resilient and will stand-up to constant pressing. It is thick, will lay flat and not bunch up. The pad is cut to the exact size and shape as your board and the cover is designed to wrap around it and hold both your pad and cover snugly in place
PREMIER COTTON COVERS: All of our covers are crafted of sturdy 7-8oz cotton/cotton twill fabric, much thicker and longer-lasting than quilting cotton. Most of our fabrics and all of our premium pads are manufactured/printed in the USA.
CARE: To prolong the size and fit of your cover and pad, please spot clean only. Your cover is designed to tightly fit your board and even hand-washing can shrink or misshape it.
